As general counsel for Renzoe Box, Kluk is responsible for partnership agreements, intellectual property and licensing matters, contract review, international compliance agreements and general life-cycle business issues. Previously, Kluk has represented clients in private financings and has helped her clients raise over $30 million of capital in 2016 alone. Kluk has worked in the executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions group of Debevoise & Plimpton. She worked on both private and public company acquisitions and IPOs, including Amazon's acquisition of Twitch in 2014 and the Gogo Inflight Air IPO in 2013.
